Welcome to Cater Bazar (“Cater Bazar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a proprietorship business.

Cater Bazar operates an online catering marketplace that enables customers to discover, compare, and connect with catering service providers (“Caterers”, “Vendors”, or “Service Providers”).

By accessing or using the Cater Bazar website, application, services, or marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

01

About Cater Bazar

Cater Bazar is a marketplace and technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent catering service providers.

Cater Bazar does not itself provide catering services unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.

The actual catering services, including food preparation, delivery, transportation, setup, decoration, staffing, serving, equipment, and event-related services, are provided by the selected Caterer according to the terms agreed between the customer and the Caterer.

02

Eligibility

By using Cater Bazar, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

If you are using Cater Bazar on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

03

Customer Inquiries and Requests

Customers may submit event requirements including:

  • Event location
  • Event date
  • Event type
  • Number of guests
  • Food preferences
  • Menu requirements
  • Budget
  • Other relevant requirements

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

Cater Bazar may share relevant customer requirements with suitable Caterers to facilitate communication and quotations.

04

Caterer Profiles and Information

Cater Bazar may display information supplied by Caterers, including:

  • Business name
  • Contact information
  • Location
  • Menus
  • Food photographs
  • Services
  • Pricing information
  • Ratings and reviews
  • Experience and business details

Caterers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

Cater Bazar may review, verify, modify, suspend, or remove information or profiles where reasonably necessary.

05

Verification of Caterers

Cater Bazar may conduct verification or screening of Caterers using information and documents provided by them.

A “Verified” or similar designation indicates that the Caterer has completed Cater Bazar’s applicable verification process. It does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of the Caterer’s future performance, food quality, pricing, conduct, availability, or compliance with every applicable law.

Customers should review the Caterer’s profile, terms, menu, pricing, reviews, and other relevant information before confirming a booking.

06

Quotes and Pricing

Prices displayed or communicated through Cater Bazar may be indicative unless expressly identified as a confirmed quotation.

Final pricing may depend on:

  • Number of guests
  • Menu selection
  • Cuisine
  • Event location
  • Date and time
  • Service requirements
  • Transportation
  • Staffing
  • Equipment
  • Taxes, where applicable
  • Additional services requested by the customer

The final price and scope of service should be confirmed directly with the selected Caterer before booking.

07

Booking and Confirmation

Cater Bazar facilitates communication between customers and Caterers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a booking is considered confirmed only when the customer and Caterer mutually agree on the relevant terms, including price, menu, date, location, services, payment terms, and other conditions.

An inquiry, quotation, phone call, WhatsApp conversation, or request submitted through Cater Bazar does not by itself guarantee availability or booking.

08

Payments

Cater Bazar does not currently process customer payments for catering services unless expressly stated for a particular transaction.

Where payment is made directly to a Caterer, the customer should confirm:

  • Advance payment
  • Balance payment
  • Payment method
  • Cancellation terms
  • Refund terms
  • Additional charges
  • Taxes or applicable charges

Customers should retain payment receipts or other proof of payment.

09

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary between Caterers.

Customers should confirm the Caterer’s cancellation and refund policy before making any advance payment or confirming a booking.

Where payment has been made directly to a Caterer, any refund is generally subject to the terms agreed between the customer and that Caterer.

Cater Bazar may assist in communicating between the parties where appropriate, but does not automatically guarantee a refund unless Cater Bazar has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
