Verification status may be subject to periodic review.

A verification badge means that the Caterer has completed the applicable Cater Bazar verification process. It does not guarantee future service quality, availability, pricing, food quality, or performance.

Cater Bazar encourages genuine customer feedback.

Customers may submit reviews and ratings based on their actual experience with a Caterer.

Reviews must not contain:

• Fake or fabricated experiences
• False information
• Personal attacks
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Private or confidential information
• Promotional spam
• Content intended to manipulate ratings

Cater Bazar may review, moderate, edit where appropriate, restrict, or remove content that violates applicable law or our policies.

Cater Bazar currently does not directly collect customer payments for catering services unless specifically stated for a particular transaction.

Customers generally make payment directly to the selected Caterer according to the agreed payment terms.

Customers should confirm:

• Advance amount
• Balance amount
• Payment method
• Cancellation charges
• Refund conditions
• Additional charges
• Applicable taxes or fees

Customers should retain proof of payment.

Cater Bazar will not ask customers to transfer money to an individual unless the payment arrangement is expressly identified as an official Cater Bazar transaction.

Catering cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the Caterer and the specific booking.

Before confirming a booking, customers should obtain clear information regarding:

• Advance payment

Where the customer has paid the Caterer directly, refund requests are generally handled according to the agreement between the customer and Caterer.

Cater Bazar may assist in communication or dispute resolution where reasonably possible, but does not automatically guarantee refunds for payments made directly to Caterers.

Cater Bazar aims to connect customers with professional catering service providers.

Caterers are responsible for delivering their services according to the agreed menu, quotation, service scope, event requirements, and applicable laws.

Customers should confirm all important details with the Caterer before the event, including:

• Menu
• Quantity
• Food preferences
• Ingredients
• Allergens
• Number of staff
• Serving arrangements
• Equipment
• Setup requirements
• Delivery
• Event timing
• Total price

Caterers are responsible for complying with applicable food safety, hygiene, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Customers must inform Caterers about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requirements before booking.

Because Cater Bazar does not prepare or directly handle the food supplied by independent Caterers, customers should obtain appropriate information and confirmation directly from the Caterer.

If a customer experiences an issue relating to a Caterer or a Cater Bazar service, the customer should contact Cater Bazar as soon as reasonably possible.

• Caterer name

• Description of the issue
• Relevant photographs, receipts, messages, or other supporting information

Cater Bazar may communicate with the relevant Caterer and assist the parties in seeking a reasonable resolution.

Where the dispute concerns a service directly provided by an independent Caterer, the Caterer remains responsible for addressing the underlying service issue, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.

Cater Bazar aims to provide customers with useful information about Caterers listed on the marketplace.

• Photos

Caterers are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and current.

Cater Bazar may request corrections or supporting information and may restrict or remove listings that contain materially inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or prohibited information.

Cater Bazar aims to provide clear pricing information wherever pricing is available.

Catering prices may change depending on:

• Guest count

• Cuisine
• Event type
• Event location
• Date
• Staffing

• Transportation
• Additional services
• Taxes or applicable charges

Customers should confirm the final quotation directly with the Caterer before booking.

Cater Bazar may use email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, website notifications, or other available communication channels to:

Marketing communications will be handled subject to applicable law and the user’s available preferences.

Cater Bazar aims to share information reasonably necessary to facilitate the requested service.

Cater Bazar does not permit fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Caterers and customers must only upload photographs, menus, reviews, logos, videos, or other content that they have the right to use.

• Violates Cater Bazar’s policies

Cater Bazar may request supporting information regarding ownership or authorization to use submitted content.

Cater Bazar may display promoted Caterers, advertisements, offers, or sponsored listings.

Promotional placement does not necessarily mean that Cater Bazar guarantees the quality, availability, pricing, or performance of the promoted Caterer.

Customers should independently review the Caterer’s profile and booking terms before confirming a service.

Cater Bazar takes reasonable measures to protect the platform and information handled through it.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect their account credentials and should not share passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, or other sensitive authentication information with unauthorized persons.

Cater Bazar will never intentionally ask users to disclose passwords or confidential authentication credentials through an unsolicited communication.

Cater Bazar may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
